in the heat of the morning.

You guys know that I'm running again, and in keeping with my plan {although, admittedly, I'm way behind on my goal}, I ran on Tuesday morning.

I wasn't able to hit the pavement until about 9:30 and by then it was over 80 degrees.

So, what are the results of a 35 minute workout in the hot morning sun?


What you can't really see is the sweat dripping off of me. What you can see is that I'm not really that good at iPhone self-portraits. Eh, we all have our strengths.

After Tuesday I'm trying my best to get my runs in way earlier. Like maybe 3 am early {kidding ... maybe ...}.
